You don’t need a referral to access these services, however if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP you will receive a rebate of the session fee from Medicare. Please talk with your GP to see if you are eligible. If you have private health insurance you can also check with your private health insurer to see if you are eligible for a rebate.
